i came here for 2 nights and had a really amazing stay. everything was very good, terrific service, magnificent location so close to many attractions and hương river / night market. all the stuff was helpful and amiable, resolved my issues. so glad that wheelchair accessible room with a shower i booked was available.

The proximity to the Hue Royal Palace was especially convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with any questions we had.

The walls were quite thin and we could sometimes hear noise from other guests or the street. We also found the hot water in the shower to be inconsistent. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a good value option for a city trip.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was close to all the bars and restaurants. the manager was very helpful and accommodating. the bed was comfortable and also quite quiet which was nice.

The room could have been cleaned better. One of the bottles of water was already open, maybe by the previous guest.
